 Our Story
CHiPS was formed by Mayor John Dennis and interested citizens in 2017. This group recognized the need to preserve important structures within the City of West Lafayette, Indiana. Its members are responsible for identifying projects, and advising the City and other stakeholders on how to best implement these projects.
CHiPS also conducts fundraising to help implement projects and works collaboratively with other organizations to help manage properties acquired.

Join us Sunday May 19 from 2 to 4 pm for our Spring Cemetery Walk   at Grandview Cemetery . We will tell the life stories of "Artists of Greater Lafayette" who are now residents  of Grandview Cemetery's City of the Dead.

SUNDAY'S CEMETERY WALK AT GRANDVIEW CANCELLED

Sunday, May 19, 2019 Today's scheduled Cemetery Walk at Grandview Cemetery has been cancelled. All of us who worked on this Walk offer our best wishes to everyone who had planned to attend and to everyone who has worked to make this our best walk yet.  We look forward to scheduling a new, rain-free date when we'll tell about the lives of some of Greater Lafayette's famed artists.
